The hotel has its own restaurant but also a bar and a coffee shop.

Rooms

The rooms even when they have a basic decoration are really clean. The rooms has been recently renovated. The rooms are medium size. The bathrooms are again in good condition but they are a bit small. all rooms have satellite television, air conditioning and direct outside phone line.

Location

The Tayhan Hotel is located in the Old Town, in an area called Kumkapi, the neighbourhood of the fish village, and is really close to Sultanhamet. The hotel is within five minutes walk of the Blue mosque, Grand Bazaar and all other main attractions in the old city. The modern area, with the centre in Taksim, is only a few kilometres away and is easily reached with a short taxi ride. Due its location, the hotel is easily reach from the airport. The hotel has just went into a deep renovation and has a great value for money.
