Rooms

18 old barns have been renovated into thirty-six charming guestrooms in a peaceful garden. Inside the barn, the rooms are decorated in Post- Lanna style with antique Thai-Burmese colonial antique furniture. The upper and lower level rooms are furnished in 4 unique ways. While guests on upper floors will experience the Thai traditions of sleeping on a mattress set on a raised teak wooden floor, guests on the lowers floor will find their rooms furnished with authentic teak wood antique beds. 12 Superior rooms is on lower floor feature with antique Teak wood Bed for Twin bed only.

Restaurant

The tropical style restaurant, in the entrance area, entices passers by and guests alike with its decorated wooden furniture in rural style. The gorgeous restaurant serves delicious local northern cuisine. Enjoy a variety of Thai Chinese menus and typical northern dishes in pleasant surroundings with a forest-cooled, open-air, relaxed atmosphere.

Exterior

The resort is surrounded with tropical shady towering trees, varieties of palms and bamboo, leafy fruit trees and wild flowers. The building was converted from the real tobacco curing barns in a Post-Lanna style.

Lobby

The lobby is medium sized, feature with colonial style teak wood antique furniture. Guests can touch a peaceful surroundings and green scenery. Guests can get free WIFI internet access at here. In the front of lobby, there are bicycle for guests to ride around the area.

General

The resort comes from two northern Thai words. Kaomai means bush or a garden with big trees while Lanna is the name of the ancient northern Thai kingdom. Together Kaomai Lanna means the pleasant garden of Lanna. In the hotel's 20 acres' natural land, preserve all long age tropical green garden, which makes perfect for the afternoon walk.
