Lobby

The atrium lobby on the 1st floor is very large and newly renovated to reflect the classical trendy style. There is plenty of seating and the granite and marble floors are offset by carpet upon which are sofas. There is a separate lobby on the ground level for groups. Free Internet access in the lobby area as well.

General

On the 6th floor of the hotel are a large swimming pool and a state of the art gymnasium, squash courts and aerobic studio managed by the well-known Clark Hatch team. Spa facilities are also available at the same level. The hotel is well known for its conference and meeting facilities. (04/08SW)

The hotel is a modern brown concrete and blue reflector glass high-rise tower.

Location

The hotel benefits from an excellent city centre location at the corner of Pratunam intersection on Petchburi Road. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the wholesale markets of Pratunam, Platinum Wholesale Department Store, Indra Market and a 10-minute walk to the Central World Plaza with its Zen and Isetan department stores. The nearest Skytrain station is Chidlom or Ratchadamri which are both a 15-minute walk away.

Rooms

The large deluxe rooms of 40 square metres, located on the 10th-18th floor. Guestrooms are elegantly decorated in modern contemporary style using coloured furniture. Each room has a spectacular view of the city. The luxurious marble bathrooms feature twin hand basins, a separate shower cubicle and a large bathtub. All rooms are equipped with amenities which also include a 42-inch flat screen television and DVD player.

Restaurant

Breakfast is served at the coffee shop which is at level two. A Chinese restaurant serves fine Cantonese cuisine and the Italian restaurant provides a cool and elegant venue for fine Italian cuisine. The Thai restaurant is the hotel's latest restaurant serving authentic Thai cuisine. The bar at ground level is one of Bangkok's popular hot spots.
