Location

The hotel is situated in the centre of Gothenburg. Shops, restaurants and theatres are a short stroll away. The hotel is in a good location for the fair ground and right opposite Liseberg Amusement Park.

Rooms

The rooms are large and all newly renovated, thus in excellent condition. Standard rooms have wide twin beds, earth colours of green, brown, burgundy, and tanned wood. Air cooling system. Bathrooms are very good and spacious, with tiles of beige and white. Only 20 rooms per floor around the lifts, so there are no long corridors. Marvellous views, no rooms overlook the backyard.

Restaurant

Breakfast buffet is served in the dining room on the second floor in a luminous, peach and pastel room. The 23rd floor hosts the round sky bar for lunch, a la carte or just for a drink and its here that the most famous king size Shrimp sandwich is served, all with amazing panoramic views. The restaurant on the ground floor is decorated in a contemporary style and serves lunch and dinner often accompanied by live piano music in the evenings and there is an adjoining bar with many seating areas.

Exterior

The hotel is unique on the Gothenburg skyline with a tall, dark grey, all glass window 18-story skyscraper East tower, and 23 floors West tower.

Lobby

The lobby is large, all stone and pillars, with a sofa seating area and a long reception counter. Open to lobby bar during fairs and congresses.
