General

DO NOT FORGET TO CALL BEFORE ARRIVING. Each apartment has use of the glorious sunny roof terraces which have a view towards the mountains on one side and views over Santa Maria del Mar and the rest of the Barri Gothic on the other. Sun loungers are available for lazy afternoon chill outs and tables and chairs for sipping that pre-dinner glass of wine before the perfect alfresco supper. With both heating and air-conditioning in all apartments, they are a great choice all year round.

Exterior

The building is set right in the heart of the Gothic district in Barcelona and the architecture of the building fits in perfectly with its surroundings. It is both traditional and historical, built in the 18th century, and a listed building.

Rooms

The apartments are open plan with a very comfortable living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and fridge freezer. The studios, with shower(no baths available) have been refurbished with style, quality, and in sympathy with its historic heritage - original beamed ceilings, exposed brick walls, and tasteful fittings. Comfortable beds and sofa beds are to be found in all apartments, which accommodate up to four people. There is a small balcony in all of the apartments, and two gorgeous shared terraces for all the guests.

Location

The apartments are located in the El Born district, which is a very popular and fashionable part of Barcelona, with its mix of modernist and gothic buildings, trendy bars and restaurants, and in a very central location. The building enjoys a privileged position, right next to one of Barcelona s most celebrated churches, Santa Maria del Mar, and just around the corner of the fabulous Passeig del Born. La Rambla is just five minute stroll away. Even the city beaches are easily reached on foot.
