Hotel has 2 entrance to the lobby, 1 via Goodwood Park Hotel and 1 along Mount Elizabeth Road. The newly renovated lobby has orange tone marble flooring. From the Mount Elizabeth entrance, the reception is at the end, some sofa on one side and a small steps on the other side leading to the coffee house and conference room.

Restaurant

The newly renovated White Rose Cafe has modern contemporary decor and has a wide selection of Western cuisine and local specialties.

Rooms

Rooms are spacious but look tired. There is a long working desk with the television sitting on one end. The Superior rooms has 1 queen size bed and the twin room has 2 single size bed. Rooms are equip with coffee/tea making facilities.
