This is a 4 star, Superior First class property. It is a large and safe property. The resort has large and well-equipped conference and meeting facilities upto 1000 people in theater style. And with beautifully designed Asian inspired "Kai Spa" with 22 unique treatment rooms. It is recommended to all travellers to pre-book transportation to the property and to wear adequate footwear which will allow to walk in the water from the boat to the beach. (AN Jan09)

This resort has 3-storey and a Mediterranean-inspired design, surrounded by greenery with full view of the White Beach.

There have totally 6 restaurants, Sea Breeze Cafe which serve extensive buffet offering International cuisine with sea-views. Zhu Asian with fully air-conditioned beautifully designed Asian interior offering a fusion of Asian cuisine. Christina's with fully air-conditioned laid back atmosphere offering prime cuts of beef and grilled seafood from a diverse menu with available sea-views and romantic dinner packages. Regency Food Plaza with open-air dining with three restaurants featuring Japanese, Korean, and Chinese Cuisine. MO2 Wave Disco Bar and KTV with fully air-conditioned first and only underground disco bar with private KTV rooms. And Sunken Pool Bar which serving ligth snacks and a selection of beverages.

Rooms

Deluxe Rooms are 40 sqm in size with one single and one queen size bed in room. All rooms are fully furnished with uniquely designed out of bamboo and rattan furniture pieces and some rooms have balconies overlooking White Beach. And all have safe deposit box, TV, Clock with alarm feature, mini-bar & hot/cold shower.

Location

The resort is located near Boat Station 2(Landmarked by Tourist Centre) along the 3.8 km-stretch White Beach, which is the white sand beach that Boracay Island is famous for. Regency is about 15 minutes away by motorized outrigger boat or "banca" from the Jetty Port Terminal, which is a few minutes walk away from Caticlan domestic airport or 1,5 hours drive from Kalibo domestic airport. Both airports are located 55 minutes south from Manila by airplane.
