This building is similar to a fifties-built tower block belying its roots as a converted warehouse - it looks functional but not attractive.

The restaurant on the ground floor serves international food. It is large with cane furniture.

Location

The hotel is situated in the old part of Bergen (Bryggen) which gave the hotel its name.

Rooms

The rooms are medium in size and in good condition as are the bathrooms. Rooms are newly decorated in bold, strong colours. It should be noted that a number of the hotel's twin rooms are actually "combi" rooms with one normal bed and one fold-down bed.

This is a comfortable hotel with an excellent location.
