The Mint hotel has various food outlets - the lobby lounge which is located on the ground floor and serves a lovely but limited menu in a contemporary and timeless environment and is suitable for relaxing with a drink and a good book. The City Cafe is a large and airy contemporary restaurant overlooking one of Amsterdams famous canals where breakfast and lunch and dinner may be served. The menu is modern with Dutch and English influences and the chef is one of Hollands Masterchefs! The East Dock lounge serves light meals but offers a more "chilled" environment. It has a cocktail bar atmosphere and offers a unique "whisky library". The Sky lounge is an amazing rooftop bar and restaurant with a large terrace overlooking the beautiful city of Amsterdam. There is a long bar and a delightful menu offering International cuisine and is unique to Amsterdam.

The rooms are in exceptional condition and are medium sized with a very modern outlook. The lobby is very large, modern and airy and similar to the other Mint hotels in Britain. It has floor to ceiling windows and modern furniture and fittings.
