The lobby is small, with marbled floors and is light and bright. The reception is at one end of the lobby and access into the Kyoto Tower complex is at the other.
The building is a 9-storey large building. This is a complex combining the hotel with Kyoto Tower landmark, and a shopping area.
There is only one restaurant on the 8th floor, but there are a number of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel to compensate.
All rooms are small, clean and modern in style. All rooms have air-conditioning and large windows covered with Japanese shoji sliding panels. Bathrooms are small but clean.
The hotel is in one of the best locations in the city. Situated right in front of Kyoto station and having the Kyoto observation tower connected from its roof makes it quite noticeable as a landmark of one of Kyoto's main sightseeing spots. The main bus terminal is just in front of the hotel.
The hotel's great location makes this hotel a good buy. (0707 HT)
