Restaurant

Resort's main dining venue is comprising four open-air, thatch-roofed pavilions, it features an open Asian heritage-style kitchen where guests can watch the native Indonesian, Indian and Thai chefs working alongside each other with fiery flair and fast-paced action, to prepare favorite dishes from their respective home countries. Surrounded by terraced lotus ponds reminiscent of rice fields, Padi is also where AYANA?s buffet breakfast is served each morning, with separate food stations offering European, American, Thai, Japanese, Chinese and Indonesian specialties. In overall, resort comprises of 7 restaurants serving Pan Asian, Asian, Italian, seafood, modern international, Japanese and theater dinner cuisines, as well as 2 bars (including the famous Rock Bar which is located on natural rocks 14 meters above the Indian Ocean at the base of AYANA's towering cliffs), and 2 cafes.

Perched on limestone cliffs above the Indian Ocean on Bali?s southwest coast, this 77-hectare Bali resort features 368 guestrooms, comprising 209 resort rooms, 10 resort suites, 71 club rooms and suites, and 78 villas. Each Resort View room has views over the property?s botanical gardens. Each 48sqm (517sqf) room features light, natural décor and a private balcony with outdoor furniture. Guests have the choice of comfortable King-sized bed or two double beds. The marbled bathrooms contain showers and baths. Amenities also include 42-inch flat-screen television, writing table, lounge chair, aromatic burner set and mini-bar. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided, along with fresh tropical fruits served daily.
