Lotus Beach Resort (formerly Murud Beach Resort) off Harnai Beach, which is especially famous for its extensive stretches of sand, a fort at one end, as well as its clear waters, rocky coasts and the natural harbour. Lotus Beach Resort offers clean & beautiful cottages near the beach along with a host of modern facilities and personalized services.. Lotus Resort has a large peanut shaped swimming pool lined by deck chairs. The conference hall is ideal for meetings and conferences. It can accommodate 25 people in U-shape and 35 people in a theatre style arrangement. All equipment is arranged by the resort at an extra charge. A massage parlour runs October onwards, in 'season'. The resort's games room offers carom, table tennis and other board games. There is a children's play area as well. Restaurant

The resort has an open air multi-cuisine restaurant with bar on the way from the reception to the apartments. It's clean and basic with a thatched roof. Another place to dine at is the resort's conference hall cum restaurant. The menu here remains the same.
