The rooms are average in size with a bit of outdated decor, but very clean and in good condition. All bathrooms have been renovated recently and are in excellent condition.

Only 50 meters to the famous Kuh'damm in the city-centre of Berlin. You can either walk (approx 15 min) or take the bus to sights like Memorial Church or KaDeWe, Berlin's most prestigious department store.
