The Open plan Studio Suites are medium in size and have either a king bed or two single beds. There are two restaurants at the hotel. The 140 seating Hutong Dumpling Bar has an Oriental flavour. This is the sister restaurant to the already thriving city based HuTong Dumpling Bar in Market Lane. The Terrace has a stylish contemporary design and has 75 Outdoor seating and 65 indoor seating. It has a Euro flavour with an Italian influence featuring tapas style entrees encouraging share plates, pizza & pasta and creates a warm and inviting feel.

The Cullen Arts hotel is the first of it's kind in Melbourne and is located opposite the Prahan markets in the heart of commercial road with the shopping, bars and restaurants at your door.
