The Brasserie is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers casual dining. Located to the right of the entrance, overlooking the expansive pool area and tropical gardens. There is also a fine dining restaurant, open Tuesday to Saturday evenings.

Located a short walk (3 blocks) to the centre of the city. 15 minutes drive to Cairns Airport, 15 minute walk to Trinity Wharf. Hotel provides shuttle bus to the city centre.
